We have two pricing structures depending on on or off-peak seasons.

The peak holiday season in Skegness falls between May and October.

Single Room – Peak £25 Off-Peak £20 

Double/Twin – Peak £50 Off-Peak £40 

Family of 3 – Peak £62.50 Off-Peak £50 

Family of 4 – Peak £75 Off-Peak £60
(2 adults and 2 children)

Family of 5 – Peak £85 Off-Peak £65
(2 adults and 3 children)

Our pricing is based upon a Bed and Breakfast basis.

Evening meals are available at £10 per adult and £5 per child and include starter, main course and dessert.

Light snacks and sandwiches are available upon request at a reasonable price.
